Full record view or link to resource?

Currently clicking on a record title goes straight to the resource. In Blacklight we can take users to a full-record view, if that's preferred.

To link out to the wayback machine, the endpoint is http://wayback.archive-it.org/227/ and the rest of the URL is "wayback_date" and "url".

E.g.

I'm just re-opening this (I think we're probably going to return looking at Blacklight again this summer when Nick gets some more cycles) – based on our discussions w/ #9, I think the full-record view might open up more opportunities...
