Not able to watch applications/sources without secrets resources

What you expected to happen?

I would like to see list of application / resources after I login into weave UI for users which do not have permission for secrets resources.

What happened?

I am not able to see anything (application, resources etc.) unless I specify get, list, watch rbac in api group '' for resources secrets.

How to reproduce it?

Remove secret resources from Role which is used for login.

Anything else we need to know?
