使用canvas2d 拖拽图片时会重影？？？ #191

使用canvas2d,使用局部裁剪方式，裁剪图片之外透明可以看见图片就能知道了，会发生重影，图片一路出现，难搞啊

使用上传头像那个，把那个改成2d的，目前没有发现拖影。
