Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe.

Users sometimes copy-and-paste blocks from the WSUWP system that don't exist in the HRSWP WDS theme. Would like to define transforms to allow the HRSWP theme to transform WSUWP blocks into their HRSWP counterparts/equivalents.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Leave it as-is or import WSUWP blocks.
