Expected Behavior

Opening the settings should make it clear to the user how to control which sites are tracked.

Current Behavior

Although the @@projectname functionality is documented, the rest is not. Which of these are valid? I can't tell:

  1. Does github.com include both http://github.com and https://github.com, or do I need to include both?
  2. Does github.com include gist.github.com? I have no idea.
  3. If I include notion.so/mycompany with an explicit path, does that exclude notion.so/myfamily? How do I tell?

Possible Solution

A better documentation-comment below that section of the settings is a must, but honestly, it'd also be great to have a URL-entry field that allows you to test the current configuration: "with the above configuration, is <tracked|not tracked>."
