Managing Videos

We start having a bit too many videos that need a lot of scrolling. We can have:

• Tabs with the current categories that hide other types of videos when one is selected (like navigation bar)
• Be more strict with videos and place some videos below like an archive.
• Keep the current style and hide the videos. Show them upon clicking on the category

Discussion on 04.07:

• We should keep the explainer but update the "Update" video to the latest one all the time. Currently it would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBuDoLG6M6I
• The list of all WoT videos can be as a list at the bottom where we put all known videos, following article selection policy (not any random video).
• Instead of categories, we can have labels to filter the videos. This way we can just reuse the list and let it organize itself based on the user-selected labels. Some videos like the explainer should be "pinned" to the top.
• @egekorkan will make a simple pull request to at least list all the videos chronologically. Others can add new links.
