Describe the issue
The W3C SVG Working Group page's menu on the left has an "Internet Explorer 9" link which is broken. The ie.microsoft.com domain has visibly been abandoned by Microsoft, probably because Internet Explorer is deprecated.

Recommended solution
Remove the link, which is outdated anyway
