Change reference from RDFA-PRIMER to RDFA-CORE #75

This PR is a https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Process/#class-2 change.

The example concrete RDF syntaxes mentioned refer to defined syntax specifications, except for RDFa, which refers to its Primer document. The PR switches the reference from RDFA-PRIMER to RDFA-CORE.

Given that the document derived from, RDF11-CONCEPTS, also made use of RDFA-PRIMER, this change can be seen as a correction or an errata.

Regarding IPR commitments concerns:

I am not in the RDF-star WG. I could submit a proposal to join the WG as an IE if that's welcome. At this time my primary interest would be to offer editorial contributions and possibly contributing to RDFa 1.2. Additionally, I'm willing to waive any of my rights to prevent any IPR issues, if that's feasible.
