Following the redesign of the Guidebook and my comment on the related PR #267, some section do not have an index page. Not having those index pages creates 404 as those are automatically linked from the breadcrumb navigation.
Having an index page for each section would enable to shorten the content of the main index page which would then only introduce each subsections.
