I would support a reminder to not ascribe negative motives or goals to community members or their companies. W3C needs to be a neutral forum for organizations and companies who may be competitors. Describing a negative impact of a technology is ok (eg: "x is inaccessible to screen readers" or "does not abide by x 'should' in the y charter"). Describing disagreement with a stated goal of an organization is ok. But ascribing negative motives or interpreting the behavior of others in negative terms is not collegial and not conducive to working together to find solutions.
add an item to unacceptable behaviors about demonizing others, especially as relates to their organizations and/or their tech
