Proposed changes

Broadcom have moved the repository with only a few days notice: https://saltproject.io/blog/upcoming-salt-project-docs-and-repo-migration/. This change points the build script to the new repository, with the exception of the armhf architecture, which is not supported by the new repository and therefore likely needs to be built from source for that architecture.

Build as normal

Thanks for the contribution.

This is superseeded by #829 until we upgrade the salt version.
