Please add target LUFS and automatic threshold setting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I currently use Ozone to limit during mastering because I like the ability to set a target LUFS level and have the limiter set the threshold automatically when playing through (after setting it to listen). I haven't really found any other limiter that does this so it would be great if this could be added to PeakEater.

Describe the solution you'd like
A text input box to add the target LUFS level. A button to start listening to the incoming audio and measure LUFS from the first sound until there is silence. Then, the threshold moves so that it the output will be the target level. Press the start button again to stop measuring.
