When i try to install it on Visual Studio 2017 Community edition on Win 10 for UWP, then I am getting this error - Package vtortola.WebSocketListener 3.0.0-beta is not compatible with
uap10.0.10240 (UAP,Version=v10.0.10240). Package vtortola.WebSocketListener 3.0.0-beta
supports: netstandard2.0 (.NETStandard,Version=v2.0)

Do you have the right VS 2017 version?
