This should be where it is now. However we should have one component, right below the component with the 3 columns (Quem Somos, Missão, Objectivos) with a content highlight.
This content highlight can be a page or a blog post and should have an image, a title, a subtitle, and a configurable button, i.e., a button where the text can be defined in the CMS.
