t.sizeの指定時にはchunked transferを使用しなようにして欲しい #12

Androidの無料DLNAクライアントでは、以下のような実装がほと
んどなので、トランスコード時にシークできません
・TimeBasedSeekに未対応
・Content-Length付でのRangeSeekはシーク可能
・chunked transferではシーク不可能

映像と音声をCBR(ABR)で変換すれば、総バイト数は大体計算で
きるので、t.sizeの指定時にはchunked 
transferを使用しないで転送するよう、わかる部分を変更して
みました。
一応、添付のパッチでシークできるようになりました。

対応していただけると助かります
