Non-free font "Estrangelo Edessa" in this repository? #537

In https://github.com/voc/voctoweb/tree/staging/vendor/assets/fonts there is a font from Microsoft called "Estrangelo Edessa", which, as far as I can see, is non-free:

Did we buy a license for this font? Do we need this font? Can we replace it with something free?
