current approach to commons logging seems to assume we have yaml on board
however it does not yet seem to be a declared dependency for the package yet
so currently people would need to add pyyaml dependencies in their project themselves to actually get something like sema-get working
two possible solutions:
add the dependency to project.toml
keep it out, but change the commons.log part to survive not having yml support around + describe the recommendation to add it in projects relying on this?
