Is there an existing issue raised for this?

Describe the feature

currently, when users load the website, there is no visual indication of loading time, which might make the website feel unresponsive. Adding a preloader will display an engaging animation or loading icon that appears while the page content is being fetched, enhancing the user experience and reducing perceived loading time...plz assign me this @anu
