Posibility to delete item created by mistake

Some ideas about improvement can appear only after using an app for some time :). Really, in some situations, by mistake, etc user can select incorrect category, incorrect foto, text, etc and problem will be described incorrectly or will be provided to incorrect team. So, in my opinion some button or something like that to delete(or at least edit) created problem would a great feature.
