At the moment, you must download Racket separately from Video. Because v0.3 is going to try to include a better video editing tool (and a video editing meta-tool), it would make sense to distribute a version of Video that comes pre-built with Racket.

Would it be a version of Minimal DrRacket with #lang video pre-installe and the default language?
(and tools unrelated to video removed?)

What do you mean by a ‘meta-tool’?
