This has been raised by people at several workshops - some datasets might have been collected a long time ago and no longer be relevant for the outcomes being assessed at the current time.
If we move towards the hierarchical structure for the next release then I think this would fit well under the General Data Hazards as a type of data quality issue that can undermine results or inferences?
