Add support so that multiple users can have access to a markdown document.

  • Add button to UI to manage users who have access to a document
  • Support adding a user by DID
  • Support specifying if a user can read only or read and write
  • Support removing a user
  • Support sending a user an inbox message inviting them to collaborate on the document
  • Support showing an error if a user saves a document, but it has been edited by another user in the meantime
