useSWR not updating rendered data in production (but still pushing locally)

Hi - I am on Vercel, PlanetScale and Prisma.

The UI is not refreshing the updated data in production, but it is doing so fine locally in dev. In fact, if I interact with the UI in prod, it will update the local instance, but the prod version is remaining stale and isn't updating.
