What will your feature request solve?

With pfUI's tooltip options configured for "Dodge" mode, the tooltip doesn't recognize Bagshui windows as needing to be dodged and can overlap them.

Describe the solution you'd like

If the Bagshui window is in the spot where the tooltip would be anchored, move it to anchor to the top of the Bagshui window instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changing the pfUI tooltip anchoring setting.
