Migrate Variety's official website from "peterlevi.com/variety" to "github.com/varietywalls/variety"

It's time to move Variety's websites off of my personal domain, cause it's problematic for proper community-shared moderation and contribution. The Github project is a better official home for Variety and offers everything necessary for hosting an open project like this.

I will not be migrating the full blog or all comments on the website, most content there is either very obsolete and useless, or plain spam.

Some articles and pages are linked to from the UI, I will create appropriates alternatives for them on Github and fix the links in the UI.

As part of the transition, I will put redirects on the old hosting, still some existing links across the web will probably stop working.
