AEA publish doesnt update packages.json

its super annoying that publish packages locally doesnt update the packages.json.

It leads to a signficant annoyances as you have to manually find and format whatever you have just published to the packages.json file.

This always takes me at least 10-15 minutes when im setting up a new repo.

Describe the solution you'd like
when publishing, if there is a packages.json then it should be updated with the new hash.
