管理者権限が必要

カレンダー作成できる
- 開始・終了は同一月内である
- 他の既存カレンダーと時期がかぶらない
カレンダーの開始・終了日を編集して削られる日にすでに記事が登録されている場合は当該記事を削除
カレンダーの公開設定できる
- いつから公開するか設定できる（設定がなければ開始日）
- いつまで公開するか設定できる（設定がなければ次のカレンダーの公開開始日まで）
カレンダーにコメント（説明文）が設定できる（任意）
カレンダーの招待リンクを初期化できる（漏洩対策）
