Version: 7.5.1
CMS Version: 12.15.0

We're in the process of updating from CMS 11 to CMS 12, and noticed the DbLocalizationProvider plugin no longer works in the CMS. /localization-admin returns 200, but with an empty iframe:

We've re-followed the steps in getting started but to no avail

Hej, this is super strange. Do you have snippet of startup code (registrations and usage of the services)?
