Val Town native Dependabot?

Sometimes I get worried about updating vals that other user's code depend on. I think it would be nice to have some kind of notification system, like a val town native Dependabot that could either (a) automatically notify users that val dependencies have changed or (b) that authors could trigger to alert. other users to their dependencies changing.
