Currently, virtual-host-gatherer may be used with vSphere, Kubernetes and other providers. Anyhow I have some customers that use PowerVM.
Are there any chances that support for this will come? This might be interesting for SUSE Manager as SUSE heavily sells it for the POWER architecture. There is Python wrapper API that might be useful: https://github.com/powervm/pypowervm
I also created a ticket within SCC (case #00318759).

I am sorry but it seems there is no bandwidth available atm for this feature request from a SUSE perspective. No work has been put into this so far. We will gladly accept Pull Requests from the community and will assist in contributing.
If you have a customer that is interested in this I recommend that you contact the PMs at SUSE for SUSE Manager, so that they then can schedule this at a time where it is possible for the development team to implement this.
