Add Mint repo

Hi all!
I wish to bootstrap systems based on Linux Mint. I know that it uses Ubuntu repos, but bootstrap fails on

Error: Unable to download https://uyuni-server.mydomain.org:443/pub/repositories/linuxmint/21//bootstrap/venv-enabled-amd64.txt file!

in /pub/repositories there is only one dir: ubuntu/22/4/bootstrap

How can I add custom channel with custom repos to use them in bootstrap?
When I add Mint repo in Software>Manage>Repositories (url: http://packages.linuxmint.com/) sync always shows me error

First problem was solved. I had to use mirror instead of official repo. Changed url to https://mirrors.nic.cz/linuxmint-packages/dists/virginia/main/binary-amd64/ and it started to sync packages
But still get error
