The tickets are not created when many files are attached in mail

Description

When a user sends an email to uvdesk and attaches many attachments.. the email is not added to uvdesk. I don't know if it's a size problem or some other limit..

Possible Solution

I don't know if there is a limit on the number of attachments or there is a limit on the maximum size of the total attachments or any other limit
