修改静态文件内容后，除了重命名文件，没有比较方便的强制客户端刷新的办法。
可以考虑使用 https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.2/ref/contrib/staticfiles/#django.contrib.staticfiles.storage.ManifestStaticFilesStorage
或者其他方案
