The below use cases are domain agnostic.

  2. User training : several applications require formal training to be provided to users, which are typically provided in person, or video. However, trainings can be made much more effective if they can be combined with a chatbot assisting users with the step by step process
  3. Marketing Campaigns and Leads Generation/ Collection : bots can help capture useful data in form of potential leads for business development. When coupled with ad campaigns, they become powerful enablers of successful conversions
