Hi! please try to use this terminal command:

defaults write com.apple.NetworkBrowser BrowseAllInterfaces 1

And check if it works. It's just a possibility. Thanks!

AirDrop icon is on the side menu in Finder, but it non-clickable and no text

Then it's not yet possible I guess. It may require some dev work, and as of now I think he's working on itlwmx support
