Results Page - Annual Results - Tag/Object Graph not displaying anything

On the Results Page - Annual Results there is a Tag/Object Graph at the bottom right that is not displaying anything. I think its supposed to report the non-monetary results. We need to add a drop down that allows the user to select the tag they want to look at because each tag could have different units.
