Results Page - Annual Results - graph not showing cost category

on the Annual Results page, there is a graph under the detailed cash flow by cost category that is supposed to be a stacked bar graph of the costs by year for the selected alternative. it's currently displaying just the totals.

It does not appear that E3 is reporting the cash flows by Tag. We need to confirm that the API is sending these results. We may need to add it in the E3 request?
