Single Subject Statement missing #182

I'll look into these more, as I see at least one looks like there should be a single subject statement, but the actual subject does not appear in the pdf or text. Example - H.R. 51 That being said, it appears that the 119th Congress House Rules don't require the Single Subject Statement any more. See this CRS Report indicating that rule was put in place for the 118th Congress, but not made as a change to the standing rules. I see numerous crtype:castatement results that are just the Constitutional Authority Statement, without mention of the single subject statement. |
