Request: Congressional Record meta data: time for speaker speeches #154

Particularly in the House there are often standalone pages for various types of speeches that have defined possible lengths:

  • Morning hour: 5 minutes
  • 1-minute speeches: 1 minute
  • Special Order speeches: 60 or 30 minutes

Could these times be noted in the mods.xml file?

I've been able to do this by parsing the beginning of the text, so this can be lowered in priority.

Example: House Record, 3/20
