I want to work on this issue under OSoc'23. But when should I actually work on this? ...since dockerizing is one of the last steps before deploying

Yes @ChrisJon02 , I'll assign you this issue, but you'll have to work on this, whenever a service get completed. As soon as a service, gets completed I'll ping on discord to create the required docker images making sure its vulnerabilities free and you'll need to refer to Synk to checkout on docker images.
