Newer Raspberry Pi Kernels use now also initramfs. Therefore there is a conflict when initramfs line is added to the /boot/config.txt such as in mkinitcpio-multiflash.install#L141

The configuration should consider an already existing initramfs config, do a backup and restore the setting if the package is uninstalled. See also line mkinitcpio-multiflash.install#L184
