Missing districts in adm2 json file

Hi,

I am working with your dataset downloaded from the following link: https://unhcr.github.io/dataviz-somalia-prmn/data/UNHCR-PRMN-Displacement-Dataset.xlsx

In order to regenerate maps, I am using the the following json file for districts: https://github.com/unhcr/dataviz-somalia-prmn/blob/master/data/Som_Admbnda_Adm2_UNDP.json

However, ['Lasqoray', 'Badhan', 'Dhahar']] appear in either 'Current (Arrival) District' or 'Previous (Departure) District' but they are not contained within the json file.

Please could you provide guidance on the underling shapefile/json you use to map the .xlsx data?
