display state of a given submission for a student

e.g. received, reviewed, in grading, graded

Either publish names next to IDs or have private page (e.g. activity log) where students can see which IDs are their submission

If possible, the students don't need to even see the message ID

Closed since Fall 2024 MUNI group did not use singularity
