Add stats per search query #118

On the main map page, add a "charts" button that redirects to the stats page.

The stats page finds all trees with the current query (if any) and aggregates the data:

Trees by height.
Trees by crown diameter.
Trees by circumference (step is 10 cm).
Trees by state.
