Ability for different thresholds for UR and UU #29

The system needs tuning to prevent false positive and negatives.

Our threshold of 0.8 was relatively arbitrary. Suggest having two threshholds

relatedThreshold (leave at 0.8)

Given some recent results that are in the 0.7 range but were (incorrectly flagged) as UU
2) unrelatedThreshold (change to 0.7)

And then we continue fine tuning

Oliver doesn't mind the false positives at the moment so this is on hold
