Site not opening in India using a specific telecom brand broadband connection #51

Whenever I try to open the site using that telecom operator's broadband connection it shows me this:

inboxkitten

So is it something from your side or is it fault of telecom operator, because other websites are opening fine on my broadband connection by the way.

And also the site was opening today morning using my broadband..but at the moment it isn't opening

I also have the same problem (Error: 522)... Other sites are working fine but this site is not working...
