[Feature Request] Add a kittenKey to mail/list item response #32

Related to #31 It would be useful to add a kittenKey properties to the item in the /mail/list API items response.

kittenKey is the concatenation of the prefix in the storage.url (se or sw) and storage.key.
kittenKey can be used as mailKey in the /mail/getHtml?mailKey= API.
