Ease the support for the algorithms in the SAPS workflow

Hi all,

I'm afraid our solution to support algorithms in a SAPS deploy is not malleable (or, not scalable, let say).

First, to be clear: it was made this way be design, it was no accident. We require 1) code review by the SAPS team; 2) reconfiguration of both dispatcher and dashboard.

what if the saps user simply assign a docker image URL in the dashboard? what should we change in SAPS design to support arbitrary implementations (which are supposed to follow the documented standard)? Is there any middle ground?

Note: it is not a feature request. it is post-it for future discussions in the far future
