log4J: Warnings on console. #61

Two warnings appear on the console and seem important to aim a better control of log files.
Follow:

WARN No such property [maxBackupIndex] in org.fogbowcloud.app.utils.CustomFileAppender.
WARN No such property [maxFileSize] in org.fogbowcloud.app.utils.CustomFileAppender.
