Requested by @adamnovak. Report should list ten largest S3 buckets per account, sorted by size.

From Benedict: reports should also list untagged buckets. It may be possible to couple this particular aspect with a Config rule provisioned by ucsc-cgp/cgp-cloud-policies (e.g., allow specification of a config rule during report generation, and list the rule's compliance status/resources in the report). This would better serve separation of duties; tagging policies are specified only in cgp-cloud-policies and not in both cgp-cloud-policies and this repository.
